The best AI marketing tool for small business (2026)
Full disclosure: I build Pinned, and its Business plan includes AI marketing agents, so I'm biased about the best AI marketing tool for small business. I'll still tell you what I'd use in your place, and often it isn't Pinned. The short answer: for AI that makes and posts your marketing with little input, look at Blaze. For free tools, Canva and HubSpot. For AI drafts that wait for your approval, that's what I built Pinned's Business plan for.
One honest note: tools that bundle the AI into their price, like Blaze, Predis.ai and Sintra, can be cheaper and simpler for a small business than Pinned, which runs on your own AI key. The order is how often I'd recommend each, not a score.

Why small businesses need something different
A marketing team buys AI to go faster. A small business owner buys it because there is no marketing team.
The AI bill. Most tools here bundle model costs into the price as credits or an allowance. Pinned doesn't: you connect your own AI key and pay your provider for usage. That's a second bill to watch.
How much it does without you. Blaze, and Predis.ai from its Rise plan, can post automatically. Sintra's weekly drafts and Pinned's agents wait for your approval.
1. Canva
- Best for
- owners whose bottleneck is making the graphics and short videos
- Price
- Free plan; Pro US$18/month or US$144/year for one person; Business US$25/month or US$250/year per person (US prices, before tax)
- AI included
- Yes, a monthly allowance: up to 20 AI uses on Free, 10 times that on Pro
Canva is the easiest free place to start with AI. The Free plan includes templates, one brand kit with 3 colors and up to 20 Standard or Premium AI uses. Pro adds premium templates, AI tools such as resize, translate and background removal, 5 brand kits and social content scheduling.
The catch: Canva is a design tool first. If your problem is deciding what to post, pair it with a planner or pick a tool below. Prices vary by country.
2. Blaze
- Best for
- owners who want AI to plan, make and post the week's content with little hands-on time
- Price
- Starter $79/month (1 user, 3 posting accounts, 600 credits); Growth $149/month; 7-day free trial, no card
- AI included
- Yes, as monthly credits: 1 per social post, 3 per email or blog post, 15 per AI video
Blaze's Autopilot learns your brand from your website, then creates a weekly batch of social posts, blogs, emails and ad campaigns and publishes them on a schedule. It posts to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile, blogs to WordPress and Wix, and sends newsletters through Mailchimp.
The catch: it's built to autopost. In the trial, content starts autoposting on day 3 if your accounts are connected; you edit before the publish date. Starter covers 3 posting accounts and 1 user, credits don't roll over, and each brand needs its own plan.
3. HubSpot
- Best for
- businesses whose marketing runs on leads, email and follow-up
- Price
- Free for up to 2 users; Starter $20/month per seat (new customers were offered it from $7/month per seat when I checked); Professional from $800/month billed annually, plus a $3,000 onboarding fee
- AI included
- Yes, AI writing tools on the free plan; AI agents use HubSpot Credits
HubSpot is a CRM first, and that's why it's here. The free tools give up to 2 users a CRM, forms, landing pages, email marketing, live chat and AI writers for emails and blog posts, with no credit card. If customers find you through a contact form, it's the strongest free setup here.
The catch: social publishing needs Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise, per HubSpot's help center. So HubSpot usually handles email and leads, and something else handles social.
4. Pinned
Mine- Best for
- owners who want AI drafts across social, email and blog but keep the final click
- Price
- Business $100/month per brand or $1,000/year, plus your own AI key; 14-day free trial
- AI included
- No: the agents run on your Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or xAI key, billed by that provider
Pinned's Business plan gives you four AI agents with fourteen tasks. The Social Media Assistant plans a calendar, drafts post series and replies, and learns your brand voice. The SEO Manager runs audits and keyword strategy, the Data Analyst watches competitors and writes reports, and the Email Marketer plans campaigns. They draft and propose; nothing is posted, sent or published without your click.
Around them you get the social scheduler (X, Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Discord), a link in bio page, a drag-and-drop email builder and the SEO tool for Shopify blogs.
The catches: your AI provider's usage comes on top of $100/month, so bundled tools can cost less. No posting to TikTok, YouTube or Google Business Profile yet. And Pinned doesn't send email: you schedule campaigns in your own Klaviyo account or paste the HTML into your email platform.
5. Predis.ai
- Best for
- shops that need a steady stream of social images, carousels and short videos
- Price
- Core $24/month billed yearly ($288/year) or $32 month to month; Rise $55/month billed yearly or $79 month to month; 3-day trial, card required
- AI included
- Yes, as credits: 1,300 a month on Core
Predis makes the creative itself from a prompt, a product link or an image: posts, carousels, short videos and UGC-style video ads. It syncs products from Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and Squarespace, and schedules to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and X.
The catch: video eats credits (200 per 8 seconds of standard video against 1,300 a month on Core), auto posting starts at Rise, and payments after the 3-day trial are non-refundable.
6. Sintra AI
- Best for
- solo owners who want cheap AI help with many jobs, not only marketing
- Price
- Sintra X, all 12 helpers: on sale at $15.60/month paid as $187.20 upfront for 12 months, or $48.50 month to month (list prices $52 and $97); 14-day money-back guarantee
- AI included
- Yes, 250 credits a month
Sintra sells 12 AI helpers in one chat app, including social, copy, email and SEO helpers, all sharing a Brain AI knowledge base about your business. Its Social Media Manager drafts a week of posts every Sunday for your approval, then publishes to Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
The catch: the 250 credits are shared by the whole workspace and don't roll over, the page shows sale prices against higher list prices, and its email helper writes emails you send yourself. There's no free trial.
My pick
Starting from zero, I'd open Canva's free plan this week, plus HubSpot's free tools if leads come in through your website. That's a real setup for $0.
If you want AI to do the work and you're fine with posts going out on a schedule, Blaze is the closest thing to hiring help. On a tight budget with many jobs, Sintra's yearly price is hard to beat. For a shop that lives on product visuals, Predis.ai.
I'd pick Pinned when you want AI drafts across social, email and blog that wait for your click, especially if you sell on Shopify or your audience is on Discord, Threads or Bluesky. Just count the AI key in your budget.
What I'd do today
- Write down next month's marketing jobs, for example 12 posts, 2 emails and 1 blog post. Buy for those, not for a feature list.
- Do one of them free: design the posts in Canva Free, or set up HubSpot's free forms and email.
- Decide between autoposting and approval, then trial one tool from that side: Blaze (7 days, no card) or Pinned (14 days).
- After two weeks, add up the real cost: plan price plus extra credits, or plus your AI provider's bill.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best AI marketing tool for small business?
It depends on how much you want the AI to do alone. Blaze plans, creates and posts a weekly batch for you from $79/month. Canva is the best free start for visuals, and HubSpot's free tools cover leads and email. Pinned suits owners who want AI drafts that wait for approval, at $100/month plus their own AI key.
Are there free AI marketing tools for small businesses?
Yes. Canva's free plan includes templates, a brand kit and up to 20 Standard or Premium AI uses. HubSpot's free tools give up to 2 users a CRM, forms, landing pages, email marketing and AI writing tools, with no credit card. Pinned's link in bio page is free forever, but its AI agents need the paid Business plan.
Will an AI marketing tool post without my approval?
Some will. Blaze is built to autopost once your accounts are connected, and Predis.ai offers auto posting from its Rise plan. Sintra's weekly social drafts need your approval before they're scheduled. Pinned's agents only draft and propose: nothing is posted, sent or published without your click.
Why does Pinned need my own AI key?
Pinned's agents and SEO tool run on a model key you connect from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or xAI, so model usage is billed by that provider on top of the $100/month Business plan. Blaze, Predis.ai, Sintra and Canva bundle AI into their price, which can be cheaper and simpler for a small business. It's a real trade-off.
