The best Sintra AI alternatives in 2026 (honest picks)

By The Pinned team · Updated October 23, 2026 · 8 min read

I build Pinned, one of the tools on this list, so read this knowing I'm biased. I've tried to pick Sintra AI alternatives I'd actually recommend to a small business owner, and several of them are cheaper than mine.

Short answer: if you liked Sintra's social posting but want more networks and formats, look at Blaze or Ocoya. If you mostly want eye-catching posts and short videos on a budget, try Predis.ai. If you want to start free, Buffer. If you're a creator or small brand that wants a scheduler, a link in bio page and AI agents in one place, Pinned (see the plans).

Why people look for Sintra AI alternatives

First, what Sintra does well. On its 12-month plan it costs $15.60/month, paid as $187.20 upfront, and the AI is included. Its 12 helpers cover far more than marketing, from customer support to recruiting. Soshie drafts a week of posts every Sunday and publishes the ones you approve to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. For many owners that's plenty.

The usual reasons people move on, all from Sintra's own pricing and help pages:

  • No free plan or trial. You pay the full term upfront and have 14 days to ask for a refund. Cancelling on its own doesn't trigger one.
  • Credits run out. Every plan has 250 credits a month, shared by everyone in the workspace. The helpers stop when they're gone, and unused credits don't roll over.
  • Sale pricing. The listed prices are discounts from $97, $59 and $52 a month. If you're budgeting for next year, check what your plan renews at.
  • Posting limits. No Instagram Reels or video stories, no Facebook Reels, videos up to 1 minute, 1 personal TikTok account per workspace, and no X (Twitter), Threads, Bluesky or Pinterest in the Social Media Manager.
  • A generalist. If you only do marketing, the meal planner and the recruiter are along for the ride, and a tool built for social media may fit better.

1. Pinned

Mine
Best for
creators, streamers, small brands and agencies that want a scheduler, link in bio and AI agents together
Price
Free link in bio; Creator $39/month; Business with AI agents $100/month per brand, plus your AI provider's usage
Publishes to
X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Discord and Shopify blogs

Pinned replaces the marketing half of Sintra with 4 agents, each tied to a tool. The Social Media Assistant repurposes content, plans a calendar, drafts post series in your brand voice and drafts replies. The Email Marketer plans campaigns for a drag-and-drop email builder that schedules in Klaviyo. The SEO Manager audits and refreshes a Shopify blog. The Data Analyst watches competitors and writes analytics reports. Everything is a proposal until you click.

Around the agents you get the parts Sintra doesn't have: a link in bio page with a live badge for Twitch and Kick, a stream schedule and events, a media kit, and a scheduler that posts to Discord channels and Bluesky.

The catch: the agents run on your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or xAI key, so you pay that provider for usage on top of $100/month. TikTok and YouTube posting are coming but not live, and there are no helpers for support, sales or admin.

2. Blaze

Best for
small businesses that want AI to plan, write and autopost across social, blog and email
Price
Starter $79/month (1 user, 3 posting accounts); Growth $149/month (unlimited users, 10 accounts)
Publishes to
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, WordPress, Wix, Mailchimp

Blaze is the closest match to Sintra's social helper, with more networks. During the 7-day free trial (no card) it builds a brand identity, a content strategy and a first week of posts, and starts autoposting on day 3 if your accounts are connected. It publishes Reels and Stories to Instagram, blog posts to WordPress, Wix and GoHighLevel, and newsletters through Mailchimp, and it can run Meta ad campaigns.

It runs on generation credits: 600 a month on Starter and 1,500 on Growth. A static post costs 1 credit, an email or blog post 3, an AI video 15.

The catch: it starts at $79/month, about 5 times Sintra's yearly rate, and each brand needs its own workspace.

3. Predis.ai

Best for
small brands and online stores that need lots of image posts, carousels and short videos
Price
Core $24/month billed yearly ($32 monthly); Rise $55/month billed yearly ($79 monthly)
Publishes to
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Google Business Profile

Predis.ai is a design tool first. It turns a prompt or a product into on-brand posts, carousels, videos and ads, and it has a competitor analysis for Facebook and Instagram. Every plan includes unlimited team members, and there are Android and iOS apps. Rise covers up to 4 brands and adds auto posting.

The catch: the 3-day trial needs a card and charges it when day 3 ends, payments after that aren't refunded, and Core has 1 brand and no auto posting.

4. Ocoya

Best for
people who post to many networks and want AI captions and automations inside the scheduler
Price
Starter $29/month or $290/year (1 user, 5 profiles); Team $79/month or $790/year (5 users, 20 profiles)
Publishes to
Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, Threads, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Discord, Google Business and more

Ocoya covers the most networks on this list, from Threads and Bluesky to Telegram, Mastodon, Kick and Twitch chat. It schedules Instagram Reels and Stories, has a social inbox, bio pages, visual workflows, an API and an MCP server. Its credits pay for automations, AI captions, AI images and agents.

The catch: the AI lives inside a scheduler, so it's less of a chat partner than Sintra, and Starter includes 300 credits a month for 1 user.

5. Buffer

Best for
owners who want a free, simple scheduler with an AI writing assistant
Price
Free for up to 3 channels; Essentials $5 per channel/month billed yearly ($6 monthly)
Publishes to
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, Google Business Profile, Mastodon

Buffer's free plan connects up to 3 channels, keeps 10 scheduled posts per channel at a time, and includes its AI Assistant for writing, refining and repurposing posts. Paid plans charge per channel, and the Team plan ($10 per channel/month billed yearly) adds unlimited team members and approval workflows.

The catch: Buffer is a social media tool only, so there's no help with email, SEO or the other jobs Sintra's helpers cover.

My pick

If you want Sintra's idea done for social media, with more networks and autoposting, Blaze is my pick, as long as $79/month fits your budget. If you mainly need good-looking posts and short videos cheaply, Predis.ai. If you post to many networks and want one inbox, Ocoya. If you'd rather not pay anything yet, Buffer.

If you're a creator, streamer or small brand that also needs a link in bio page, Discord posting or a Shopify blog, Pinned is built for that. And if your only issue with Sintra was the credits, price a top-up in its Usage and Billing settings before you switch.

What I'd do today

  1. List what you actually used Sintra for last month. If it was mostly posts, you want a scheduler with AI, not 12 helpers.
  2. Write down every network and format you post, including Reels and long videos, and match it to the "Publishes to" lines above.
  3. Start a free option first: Buffer's free plan, or Blaze or Ocoya's 7-day trials, which don't need a card.
  4. Give 2 tools the same 5 post ideas for a week, then keep the one whose drafts you edited least. Copy your brand notes out of Sintra's Brain AI before your plan ends.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best free alternative to Sintra AI?

Buffer is the best free option I know of. Its free plan connects up to 3 channels, keeps 10 scheduled posts per channel at a time, and includes an AI Assistant for writing and repurposing posts. It sticks to social media, so there's nothing for email or SEO. Pinned also has a free plan, but it covers the link in bio page only, without AI agents.

Which Sintra AI alternative posts to TikTok and X?

Blaze, Predis.ai, Ocoya and Buffer all publish to both TikTok and X today. Pinned publishes to X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, Bluesky and Discord, but TikTok is still in TikTok's app review, so Pinned can't post there yet. Sintra itself publishes TikTok videos from personal accounts, but X isn't on its Social Media Manager's list.

Which Sintra AI alternatives include the AI in the price?

Blaze, Predis.ai and Ocoya include AI credits in every plan, and Buffer's AI Assistant comes with every plan, including the free one. Pinned is the exception: its agents run on your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or xAI key, and that provider bills you for usage on top of the plan. It's a real extra cost, so count it before you compare.

Can I get a refund when I leave Sintra AI?

Only in the first 14 days. Sintra's help center says the money-back guarantee covers your first Sintra X purchase if you contact support within 14 days, and cancelling alone doesn't trigger a refund: you have to ask for it. Credit top-ups are non-refundable, and unused credits aren't refunded either.
