Four elements help you talk with your audience: a Discord Server join card, a Google review button, a block of text and an expandable FAQ. Add the ones that fit your page, fill them in from the Link in Bio editor and remove them any time.

Add or remove an element

Each element works the same way. You add it from the Add menu, open its editor with the pencil icon, and take it off with the trash icon.

  1. In the sidebar, click Link in Bio.
  2. On the Links tab, click Add.
  3. Pick the element you want: Discord Server, the Google review element, the text element or FAQ.
  4. On the element's row, click the pencil icon to open its editor. Only one of these editors is open at a time.
  5. To take an element off your page, click the trash icon on its row. You can add it again later.

Drag the grip handle at the left of a row to move the element up or down your page. For the full Add menu, see Add elements to your page.

Your edits stay a draft until you publish them. See Build your Link in Bio page for how publishing works.

Add a Discord join card

The join card sends visitors to your Discord server with one tap.

  1. Add Discord Server from the Add menu.

  2. Click the pencil icon on the Discord Server row.

  3. Click the field with the hint “discord.gg/yourserver” and paste your Discord invite link.

  4. To change the title above the card, type in the field with the hint “Heading (defaults to “Discord Server”)”.

  5. Under Join card color, choose Default, White, Black or Match theme. Match theme follows the theme your page uses.

Visitors see a card that reads Join the Discord and Hang out with the community, with a Join button. Until you add an invite link, visitors see nothing for this element.

Add a Google review button

This gives fans a one-tap way to leave you a Google review.

  1. Add the Google review element from the Add menu.
  2. Click the pencil icon on its row.
  3. In the field with the hint “Google review link or Place ID”, paste your Google review link or your Place ID.
  4. Optional: in the field with the hint “Short pitch (optional)”, write a line to show on the card. If you leave it blank, the card shows “Enjoying the streams? A quick review really helps.”
  5. Optional: in the field with the hint “Heading (defaults to “Reviews”)”, type your own heading.

On your page, the card reads Leave a Google review, shows five stars, and has a Review button. Until you add a link, visitors see nothing for this element.

Add a block of text

Use a text block for an about section, a note to fans or shipping info.

  1. Add the text element from the Add menu.
  2. Click the pencil icon on its row.
  3. In the field with the hint “Heading (defaults to “Text”)”, type a heading. If you leave it blank, the heading reads “Text”.
  4. Click the box with the hint “Your text…” and write your message. Leave a blank line to start a new paragraph.
  5. Next to Alignment, choose left or center.

Add an FAQ

An FAQ shows your questions as a list. Visitors click a question to open its answer.

  1. Add FAQ from the Add menu.

  2. Click the pencil icon on the FAQ row.

  3. Optional: in the field with the hint “Heading (defaults to “FAQ”)”, type your own heading.

  4. Click Add question. A counter next to it shows how many of your 10 questions you've used, such as 2/10.

  5. In the field with the hint “Question”, type the question.

  6. In the box with the hint “Answer”, type the answer.

  7. To add a link inside an answer, click Add hyperlink under it. Pinned adds placeholder text to the end of your answer: the words Link text in square brackets, followed by an example address in parentheses. Replace Link text with the words you want visitors to click, and replace the address in the parentheses with your own. The link shows inline with the answer.

  8. Repeat steps 4 to 7 for each question.

  9. To delete a question, click the trash icon next to it.

When all 10 slots are used, the editor shows “All 10 question slots used.” Delete a question to free a slot.

A question with no text is left off your page. If every question is empty, the FAQ doesn't appear at all.

Troubleshooting

You see "That doesn't look like a Discord invite yet."

The link in the Discord Server editor isn't a Discord invite. Copy the invite link from Discord again and paste it in. It looks like discord.gg/yourserver.

The review field accepts a Google review link or a Place ID. Copy your review link from Google again and paste it in.

The Discord or review element doesn't show on your page

These two elements stay hidden from visitors until a working link is added. Check that the field has a link and that no message appears under it. Then make sure your changes are published.

Your FAQ doesn't show on your page

The FAQ only shows questions that have text. Type at least one question, then publish your changes.

The link needs your link words in square brackets, followed directly by the address in parentheses, and the address must start with http or https. Use Add hyperlink to get the right shape, then replace the placeholder text.
