Pinned has three plans: Free, Creator and Business. Use this guide to see what each includes, tell when a feature needs a different plan, and upgrade.

What each plan includes

PlanPriceWhat it includes
Free$0Your pinned.gg/username handle, your Link in Bio page, “Now Live” on your link in bio, and customizable themes and colors. Your page includes Pinned branding.
Creator$39/moEverything in Free, plus the social media scheduler (up to 15 social accounts), unlimited posts, multiple accounts per platform, scheduling posts, advanced analytics, the media kit builder, a custom domain, no Pinned watermark on your link in bio, and founder support.
Business$100/mo per brandEverything in Creator, plus an AI marketing team working for your brand (Social Media Agent, SEO Manager Agent, Data Analyst Agent and Email Marketer Agent), email campaigns (a drag-and-drop builder, Klaviyo scheduling, and HTML export for any email platform), the AI blog generator, the SEO growth tool, unlimited social accounts, and up to 10 team members.

Paying for a year up front gives you two months free. Creator is $390 a year instead of $468. Business is $1,000 per brand a year instead of $1,200. Annual plans renew yearly, and Pinned emails you a reminder 30 days and 5 days before.

Tell when something needs another plan

Pinned shows you what a feature needs before you try to use it.

  • In the side menu, a small lock icon at the right of an item means your plan doesn't include it yet. Hover over a locked item to see the hint Upgrade to unlock.
  • On the Free plan, the locked items are Create a Post, Scheduled, Social Board, Calendar, Media Kit, Campaigns, SEO Tool, Analytics and Agents.
  • On the Creator plan, only Campaigns, SEO Tool and Agents are locked.
  • Locked items can be gathered in a folded section called More tools, followed by a count. Click it to open the list.
  • On Home, widgets for locked features show a message such as “Scheduling is a Creator feature” with an upgrade button.
  • Inside a feature, a prompt appears where a higher plan is needed.

Items without a lock, such as Connections, Support and Settings, are open to every plan. API & MCP also has no lock in the menu, but the page itself shows a Business upgrade prompt.

Upgrade from the Upgrade to unlock dialog

  1. In the side menu, click an item with a lock icon, such as Create a Post. If you don't see it, click More tools first.

  2. In the dialog, read which plan the tool needs. The text under Upgrade to unlock says, for example, “This tool needs the Creator plan or higher.”

  3. Look at the plans listed. The plan that unlocks the tool is marked Recommended. For a Business tool, only Business is listed.

  4. To see every feature of each plan, click Compare all plans. Click Show fewer details to go back.

  5. Click Upgrade next to the plan you want. The button reads Opening checkout… while Pinned takes you to checkout.

  6. Finish checkout. On Business, you can change the number of brands before you pay. It starts at one.

The dialog starts you on monthly billing. To pay yearly, see Manage your plan and billing.

If you already pay for Creator, clicking Upgrade on Business takes you to the billing page, where you switch your current subscription to Business instead of starting a second one. If that page can't open, the dialog shows “You already have a subscription. Change your plan under Plan & billing in account settings.”

To close the dialog without upgrading, click the X icon at its top right.

Upgrade from Account settings

  1. In the sidebar, click Settings, or open Settings directly.
  2. Go to the Plan & billing section.
  3. Choose the plan you want and follow the prompts.

For monthly and annual billing, downgrades, your card and invoices, see Manage your plan and billing.

How the free trial works

Your first paid subscription, Creator or Business, starts with a 14-day free trial.

  • You aren't charged until the trial ends.
  • Pinned reminds you 5 days before it ends.
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.

If you pick a plan on the pricing page, or Pinned offers a trial after your page goes live, the dialog is titled Start your free trial instead. You can start the trial or keep going on Free and upgrade anytime.

What a brand is

Business is priced per brand. A brand is a workspace with its own connected accounts, team, agents and SEO Tool. The Business plan includes one brand, and you add more when you take on another. To set up and switch between workspaces, see Work with workspaces and teams.

Change plans later

You can upgrade, downgrade, add or remove brands, or cancel from your billing settings. Upgrades and added brands apply right away and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

If you move to Free, your page stays live. Paid features, the scheduler and workspaces pause until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted.

Troubleshooting

The dialog says Couldn't start checkout

The full message is “Couldn't start checkout. Try again or contact support@pinned.gg.” Click Upgrade again. If it keeps happening, email support@pinned.gg.
