The Media Kit builder turns your bio, your numbers and your contact details into a one-page kit you can send to brands. Use it when you want sponsors to see who you are and what you reach at a glance.

Note

Available on the Creator and Business plans.

The builder has two sides: your settings on the left and a live preview on the right. The preview updates as you type, and changes save automatically.

Before you start

Open the Media Kit builder

  1. In the sidebar, click Media Kit.

  2. On a phone, use the Edit and Preview buttons to switch between your settings and the preview.

Choose a template and accent colour

  1. In the Design section, click a template. Every template has its own layout and typography.
TemplateLook
EditorialCream paper, serif headlines and a magazine-style stat band.
MinimalWhite space, hairlines and one quiet accent.
BoldDark canvas, oversized numbers and an electric accent.
PlayfulRounded pastel cards with a friendly, upbeat feel.
ProfessionalA navy profile sidebar beside a clean stats grid.
GradientA vivid two-tone cover, stat cards floating over it, and a bright body.
  1. Next to Accent colour, click the colour swatch and pick a colour. Each template starts with its own accent.
  2. To go back to the template's own colour, click Use template colour. The button appears once you change the colour.
  3. To remove the small footer line, turn off the switch next to Show a small “Made with pinned.gg” line at the bottom.

Fill in your profile

In the Profile section, any field you leave blank uses your Link in Bio page's name, bio and picture.

  1. In Name, type the name to print on the kit.
  2. In Tagline, add one line under your name, for example Toronto-based lifestyle content creator.
  3. In Location, type where you're based.
  4. Under Photo, click Add image and choose a square picture. The hint says 400×400. Without one, the kit uses your page's profile picture.
  5. In About heading, change the heading above your bio. If you leave it blank, it reads Meet followed by your first name.
  6. In Bio, write two or three short paragraphs: what you create, who watches, and what makes you different.

Choose your stats

The Stats section holds the numbers brands see. You can show up to 12.

  1. In Section heading, change the heading above your numbers. If you leave it blank, it reads By the numbers.

Add numbers from your connected accounts

Under From your connected accounts, each connected account lists its numbers as buttons.

  1. Click a number to add it to your kit. Click it again to remove it.
  2. Connected numbers update daily and refresh each time you open the builder, so you can't edit their platform or value. You can still edit the label and the note.

If no accounts are connected yet, this area links to the Connections page. If the numbers can't be loaded, you can still add stats by hand.

Add a custom stat

Use a custom stat for anything your connected accounts don't report, such as YouTube subscribers or a podcast's downloads.

  1. Click Add a custom stat.
  2. In Platform, choose a platform. Choose Other… to type your own platform name.
  3. In Label, type what the number measures, such as Followers. The field suggests common labels as you type. If you leave it blank, the label is Followers.
  4. In Value, type the number. Plain numbers show in short form (32000 becomes 32K). Anything else, like 6%, shows as you typed it.
  5. In Note, add an optional line to show under the number, such as 850k monthly impressions.
  6. Click Add stat. To close the form without adding anything, click Cancel.

Add stat works once you've typed a value, and a platform name if you chose Other…. When you reach 12 stats, Add a custom stat is unavailable.

Reorder, hide or remove a stat

Each stat in the showcased list has icons on its right.

  • The up and down arrow icons move it earlier or later.
  • The eye icon hides the stat from the kit without deleting it. Click it again to show the stat.
  • The trash icon removes the stat.

Use the field under each stat, with the hint “Note under the number, e.g. 6% engagement rate”, to add or edit its note.

Add an Audience section

The Audience section is off by default. Turn on the switch at its top right to use it.

  1. In Heading, name the section.
  2. In Demographics, type one fact per line, up to 8 lines. For example: 95% female.
  3. In Target audience heading and Target audience, describe who you're best placed to reach.
  4. Under Photos, click Add photo to add up to 3 square pictures.

Add the brands you've worked with

The Brands section is also off by default. Turn on its switch to use it.

  1. In Heading, name the section.
  2. Click Add a brand. You can add up to 10.
  3. In the field with the hint “Brand name”, type the brand's name.
  4. Click Logo to add the brand's logo. To remove a logo, click the X icon next to it.
  5. To delete a brand, click the trash icon on its row.

Set your contact details

The Contact section is on by default.

  1. In Heading, change the section title.
  2. In Intro, write a short line about the work you're open to.
  3. In Contact email, type the address brands should write to.

The kit prints only the address you type here. If you leave Contact email blank, no address is printed. Your account email is never shown. To leave the section out, turn off its switch.

Tips

  • Check the preview as you go. It shows what the finished kit will look like.
  • Keep the stats to the few numbers that matter most to the brands you want to work with.
  • When your kit is ready, see Share your media kit to download it or show it on your page.
